sTANDARD Fiber Partition

We specialize in crafting fiber partitions tailored to meet your specific requirements. Our flexibility allows us to create partitions with as many cells as necessary, accommodating both very small and remarkably large parts. When it comes to material options, we offer a versatile range, including plain poly, poly-spun, poly white, SBS, and SBS C1S, ensuring that your packaging needs are met with precision and quality.

BUTTERFLY 6-Cell Partition

The Butterfly Partition exhibits a standard Strip A and Strip B assembly with two short strips (B) assembling into one long strip (A). With the widest variety of material options, types of tooling, and product features the customer has countless design choices available to construct the perfect packaging solution. Additionally, among six-cell partitions, this partition requires the least square footage of material to produce, thus reducing board costs.

A Style 6-Cell Partition

The two-part, folded design of the A Style Partition yields a cohesive, durable assembly that is further reinforced with top and bottom locking slots. Available in the most common coatings of chipboard, this partition can be ordered with numerous product features to meet the customer’s product requirements.

GLUE 6-Cell Partition

With adhesive physically joining its parts together, the Glued Partition demonstrates the strongest 6-cell assembly design available. This style of partition can be made with 8 cells, and is also offered in the most common coatings of chipboard and has the same product features available to it as the Butterfly and A Style Partitions.
